No one may purchase a ticket on behalf of another who is not physically present in the province of BC.
A resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is physically in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time. When a resident of British Columbia is outside the province of BC, they may not purchase tickets.

No, you can only list one individual’s name as the purchaser of the ticket(s)/value pack. In the case of a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to the purchaser. Do not use a company name, family name, or group name as the purchaser of a ticket.
In the event an individual ticket, or a ticket from a value pack, is associated with a winning ticket/number, the prize will be awarded to the primary purchaser. If the purchaser has purchased on behalf of others, it is the responsibility of the primary purchaser to be the group trustee and to distribute winnings between group members. The licensee (Kamloops Y) is not responsible for distributing winnings or resolving disputes between groups members.
